Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in advance through phone or email.

• Free cancellation (if applicable) is allowed up to 7 days before check-in time, subject to booking type.
• Cancellations made after the free cancellation period may incur one night charge or a cancellation fee, depending on the booking.
• In case of no-show (guest does not arrive), the booking amount may be fully or partially charged.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time period.
• Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time period.

• Cancellation made 25 days or more before the check-in date will be eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellation made between 15 to 24 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 70% refund.
• Cancellation made between 7 to 14 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date or no-show bookings may not be eligible for any refund, or may incur applicable charges as per booking terms.
